State of Texas Awards SPS Their ITSAC Contract

Falls Church, VA, August 18, 2006 – Software Performance Systems, Inc. (SPS) announced today that the State of Texas, through its Department of Information Resources (DIR), has awarded SPS a contract for "Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC)" Services. DIR provides assistance to all Texas state agencies, local governments, and institutions of higher education in procuring IT Services. Through this contract, DIR expects to consolidate and leverage its purchasing power and create a contractual vehicle that satisfies statewide requirements for IT Services.

The term of this contract is from September 1, 2006 through August 31, 2008.
