TCEQ Awards SPS a Two-Year Contract

Falls Church, VA, September 2003 – Software Performance Systems, Inc. (SPS) announced today that the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ) awarded SPS a contract to maintain and support all mission critical TCEQ environmental systems.

The two-year contract, with a value of $2.3 million, will support Programming, Analysis, Systems Design, Data Base Development; Encyclopedia Administration, Project Management; Business Process Analysis / Design and Implementation, Testing (unit, system, integration, acceptance), and Implementation activities as required.

The project expands the scope of SPS' previous support efforts with TCEQ's mission critical systems. The work will be performed in the TCEQ offices in Austin, Texas. The team will employ the Advantage Gen toolset and other products such as Visual C++, Oracle,Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, XML Composer, Report Composer, Toad, ColdFusion, and AdvantageGen/web integration with ColdFusion and/or Java Server Pages (JSP).
