SPS Wins Another Contract from the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration

Clinton, MD, May 16, 2007 – Software Performance Systems, Inc. (SPS) is pleased to announce that the Maryland Department of Transportation (DOT) Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) has awarded SPS the Customer Traffic Management (CTM) 2 contract. This contract was competed and awarded under the Maryland Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Consulting and Technical Services (CATS) Contract.

Under this contract, the SPS Team, which includes ACF Technologies, Inc.; Integrated Technology Solutions, Inc. (ITSI); and RESI Research and Consulting; will replace the current system used by MVA to manage customer service, issue service tickets, and route customers through the 23 MVA offices statewide. The SPS Team will configure and deploy Q Flow, a Web-based CTM COTS product developed by ACF Technologies. Q Flow utilizes the same technical architecture as the SPS commercial products and complements SPS's suite of solutions. SPS will install new ticket printers and kiosks, overhead displays, and audio announcement devices in each of the MVA offices across the state though our MBE subcontractor, ITSI. After the system is deployed, SPS will provide ongoing operations and maintenance of the system through the end of the contract, December 31, 2010.

"This is a very important win for us" says Sid Chowdhary, SPS Vice President for Government Solutions. "CTM2 complements our existing projects at the MVA and allows us to assist the MVA in enhancing its customer service for the residents of the state of Maryland."
