SPS Ranked #10 in the Computerworld Top 100 Best Places to Work in IT

Falls Church, VA, September 1, 2003 – Software Performance Systems, Inc. (SPS) was featured in the June 9, 2003 issue of IDG's Computerworld as number 10 of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in IT. This was our second year to win this award. In 2002, SPS was also recognized as one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in IT. The Computerworld recognition stems from SPS's commitment to provide its employees a balanced work environment that not only fosters job satisfaction and career advancement, but also motivates employees to strive for excellence. This is reflected by a high employee retention rate and morale, and numerous award-winning projects.

SPS particularly stands out with its high percentages of women and minority employees in IT management positions, ranking among the top 10 companies in the Diversity category. Quotes from Software Solutions Vice President Joanie Barr, Project Manager Rosa Caldas, and Human Resources Vice President Ashley Zakas appeared in the magazine's feature story: "Create Diversity in Culture, Ideas" and an article titled: "Small Steps for Big Gains."
