November 20, 2001 – SPS-Developed RAM System Wins Government Agency Award For Excellence In IT The USPTO Office of Finance received a Government IT Agency Award for its Revenue and Accounting Management (RAM) system developed by SPS. RAM has achieved significant savings in office operations, and helped improve customer service at the USPTO.
